I can’t believe we’re turning 30 this year! When I think back on the amount of effort, tears, hugs, and compassion that have gone into the past 30 years I am absolutely blown away. Thousands of volunteers, sponsors, and donors have given their time and money to make it happen for these amazing families. It truly is remarkable.
Because 30 is quite a milestone, we wanted to make it special and decided it was time for a new look. We love our traditional logo with the HIS KIDS sun shining out for everyone, but it was time for a change. This logo is a bit more fun I think and I love that it says “cancer support” right there, so everyone will know exactly what we do as soon as they see our name. The little heart picture is one of my favorite parts of the new look, because it really shows how we approach our work. We try to bring fun and love and a family feeling to every program and event that we do.
Our new website is a change as well. I do think that this site is much easier to navigate and an up-dated look. I HUGE thank you to Kate Williams for designing this for us. She is awesome and this update would not have been possible without her!
Let us know what you think of the new site and logo, we would love to hear from you. Have a great day!
